How the Fingoti Cloud works

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.

  1. Create a new user, and create (or join) an organisation

    2. Organisations claim devices, and are responsible for billing (i.e. subscriptions and pay-as-you-go Ripples).

    You can be a User in multiple Organisations.

    Users have different levels of permissions within an Organisation.

  2. Claim a Fingoti device, and connect the device to your project board

    3. When devices are claimed by an Organisation, Users can be added or removed freely without affecting use of the device.

  3. Start making Ripples

    4. When you make a request to a Fingoti device, and receive a response, that’s a single Ripple.

    Ripples are available on a subscription, or pay-as-you-go basis. Starting at £1.00 for 5,000 Ripples.

    For the price of a cheeseburger, you can query a single device every ten minutes, for a month!

Partners and Tenants

When an Organisation applies to become a Partner, it manages other Organisations as Tenants. In other words, your customers are Tenants.

Partners manage everything, from devices to subscriptions. Partners can combine their Tenants’ billing by purchasing larger plans - with larger discounts!
